The inability of more than 40 Investment Funds, with $2 billion in capital targeted for investment in Russia, to commit these funds and build a portfolio, is largely due to the lack of knowledge by Russian companies about the venture capital investment process.
We are very interested in writing books in Russian, which would deal with the the preparation of business plans, pre-investment analysis, valuation of a company, earnings projections, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, risk analysis, structuring of equity, forms of equity the "due diligence process", etc. Russian companies who wish to engage us to produce such books should contact us.
We have selected and chosen the following titles as those best suited to accomplish this education.
The selection of contents for these books is based upon our 5 year experience in Russia & Ukrainae Translation of these books into Russian would greatly expedite the investment process.
We currently have e-mail contact will many Russian banks, investment companies, defense industries, media, etc in Russia. and are willing to disseminate electronic copies of any books which are in the public domain. This is the fastest way to provide training by interjecting commentary and explanation within the text as we are questioned about its contents.
Should you receive inquiries regarding the venture capital process, we have available information in English, written for the Russian market, describing the process and procedures and steps and addressing most of the pertinent issues which we can upload into your data base if you are interested in making such information available to Russian companies. On a pro-bono basis we have been writing education articles about business, economic policy and monetary policy which are published in Russian by some 20 Russian newspapers with circulation of about 6 million. We charge our clients $250 per hour, when we work to assist them with their projects and this covers all these expenses which are shared by all our clients when they make these payments. Clients pay only for the time they use. It is is fair way to share the costs.
The concrete results are far greater than the cost and our clients always are satisfied that are services were worth what it cost them.
