We suggest you set your browser options to view all new active links on the pages as RED, and all links which you have already seen as BLUE. That is the best overall color scheme for viewing the new style of webpages with background colors and textures.
For the convenience of our international clientele, all primary links on our webpages are accompanied with a small picture icon. These picture icons symbolize the link so that the text does not need to be referred to. You may click on these icon pictures to take you to the page. This is provided to help people overcome language barriers.
Our webpages are designed for viewing through EXPLORER 2.0 or NETSCAPE 1.1 or better with a SVGA resolution setting of 800x600 or better with a 256K color pallete on a 15" monitor. If your system does not provide a good display, you should consider upgrading your system, since these technical standards are becoming widespread as the minimum acceptable level of human/machine interface.
Our menuing webpages are constructed with many graphical elements. All primary menu pages have large graphic files which average about 100k to 135k in kilobytes. These may be difficult for you to receive and many take an inordinate amount of time to download if you are using less than a 14,400 baud modem. Or, you may have already seen the pictures and just don't want to see them again. To overcome these problems, we highly recommend that you acquire and use the latest version of the Explorer or Netscape browsers. You can set options in the software to receive the text first for reading while the graphics are slowly painted into the page.
If it takes some time for your browser to connect with a URL, it may time out and give you an error message like "document contains no data". This does not mean the document is empty, it just means the browser timed out looking for it. To obtain the URL click on the "Reload" or "Refresh" icon at the top of browser and the URL will appear. Then click on o.k. in the cigarette pack size error message on screen to remove it. Repeat click on "reload" or "refresh" if necessary. Use this for any message you receive that claims a connection cannot be made for whatever reason.
