Addition and update -- In the Computing section

Subject: Infomeister-Ukrainian Computing offerings-Winkey Ver. 1 and ER Kurier Modified fonts

Greetings.

Gavin Helf has contributed two new items.

First, Gavin Helf, that intrepid political scientist with a penchant for C++ programming and car remodeling, has contributed Winkey. This is a a Windows/DOS Keyboard driver designed to allow you total control over your keyboard layout. This version ships with support for Russian, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Estonian, Latvian, Armenian, and Esperanto. Subsequent versions will ship with other modules. This program is far superior to and makes many improvements on its predecessor CyrWin.

Some notes on usage: once unzipped run INSTALL.EXE from windows to install the program. Toggling between default and alternate keyboards is accomplished by hitting the Scroll Lock key. The program has a nifty feature of allowing the user to assign any one of 193 national flags to the various keyboard layouts used. These flags sit as icons on the screen signalling which keyboard is activated.

Second, for Netscape-Windows users who need monospaced Cyrillic fonts Gavin has made necessary modifications to all four of his ER Kurier fonts-comac.zip, cokoi8.zip, co866.zip, and co1251.zip-which allow users to specify these fonts in Netscape for Windows.

Gavin hopes that you find favor with these.
