1. You will deliver rubles to Russian bank accounts in Russia in accordance with our instructions. Вы поставляете рубли на счет в российском банке в России в соответствии с нашими инструкциями.
2. After the rubles are delivered USICEX will pay to you dollars in any bank account in the World. If you do not have a bank account in U.S. but want one, we will establish such an account for you. После получения рублей, USICEX внесет доллары на любой банковский счет в Мире. Если у Вас нет банковского счета в США, в Вы хотите его иметь, мы откроем для Вас такой счет.

A. You will give us a loan/credit in rubles at no interest and at the same time we give you a dollar loan at no interest. Вы предоставите нам ссуду/кредит в рублях на беспроцентной основе и мы одновременно предоставим Вам беспроцентную ссуду в долларах.
B. You deliver rubles to us and we open Letter of Credit in dollars to your international suppliers of goods. Вы нам поставляете рубли и мы открываем аккредитив в долларах для Ваших международных поставщиков товаров.
Dollars may be used for anything and there are no restrictions for dollars delivered outside Russia as exist at the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange for dollars delivered in Russia
Доллары могут быть использованы на что угодно. Ограничений на доллары, поставленных за границей нет, они существуют на Московской Межбанковской Валютной Бирже для долларов, полученных в России
