Gen Purp Operation USA is a disaster relief and development agency which provides medical supplies, equipment and training to victims of disasters or persistent poverty. The organization focuses on children in Africa, CEE and NIS, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the US.
NIS Role Operation USA has assisted four pediatric hospitals and four maternity care homes in St. Petersburg, Russia. Operation USA works directly through the Mayor's office of the city of Los Angeles and through its membership on the Los Angeles-St. Petersburg Sister City Committee.
