The glue laminated timber is manufactured
from hardwood timber cut sizes. They are massive, onelayer boards composed
of rails which are longitudinally jointed from small elements using finger
joints and glue. Rails are placed and glued into blocks. Ecological safety
is guarantied by the use of harmless water-resistant glue. The boards maintain
their properties of natural wood. While glue laminated timber is manufactured
primarily from beech, we also deliver of oak, ash, maple, hornbeam and
birch when requested.

glue laminated timber is manufactured in different grades according to
the quality of wood on visible surfaces: A/A; B/B; B/C; C/C as described
by the Technical Specification BU 492100/18-96. Typical uses include manufacturing

Packing, delivery and storing
The boards are packed separately or
in bundles, as requested. A synthetic foil is used for packing, under which
edge-protection corners and wooden mouldings against damages are placed.
The bundles are fastened by binding strips. During the time of shipment
and storage the boards must be protected against bad weather conditions.
During transportation and storage the product must be handled to prevent
any deformation due to incorrect storage or handling. When handling we
recommend the following: Air temperature: 20 °C approximately Relative
air humidity: 65% approximately
Avoid any contact with heat, direct
sunlight, water, acids and other wood-impairing factors.
