The United States Government Agency for International Development through "World Learning" have been hiring Dr. van de Waal-Palms to teach this course of which he is the author of the text-book. The course is being taught to Bankers , General Directors of Industry and Investment Funds in the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.

The course is available electronically. In some very select cases USAID will be paying (through World Learning) for the course to participants in the Entrepreneurial Management and Executive Development Program.
