In 1994 and 1995 we created 4.8 million visitors to this site through a systematic Internet marketing program of "links" and "mirror" sites worldwide, particularly on webservers in The Russian Federation. Mirror sites differ from links in so far as the material is actually located on webservers in Russia. This saves visitors a cost of $0.15 per kilobyte for visiting sites on webservers outside Russia. Such charges make visists unaffordable and generally reduce traffice on "links" due to cost.
