Proven skills in project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling and supervision. Established and managed commercial office in large aerospace company. Demonstrated success in personnel management and professional team building. Conducted negotiations and prepared the international contracts for the wide spectrum of satellite systems and their applications. Personal computer skill: Windows 95, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, communication programs, Internet. Fluent in oral and written English language.
