Iron Palm is a skill
practiced in the martial arts. In essence it involves the hardening of ones
hands for Martial Arts Applications. In Traditional Chinese medicine, the oil
that is found in the skin of the Coyote or Fox is essential for the hardening
process.So when a student beats a bag covered with the natural coyote pelt, the
oil gets pounded into the hands and makes them harder

pelt nor be dressed (tanned) with any chemicals. It must be a "Raw"
